Welcome to Prince Studio! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and outline the agreement between Prince Studio (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and the client (“Client,” “you”) for all photography, videography, editing, and design services.
By booking our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon the receipt of an agreed-upon non-refundable advance deposit (retainer) and the execution of a service agreement or invoice approval.
Payment Schedule: The remaining balance for any service must be cleared according to the schedule specified in your project invoice or before the final high-resolution media (photos, cinematic films, printed albums) is delivered.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a shoot date, notice must be provided as early as possible. Deposit fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled date at the discretion of Prince Studio, subject to calendar availability.
Artistic License: Prince Studio reserves full artistic license regarding the composition, editing style, color grading, and selection of delivered images and video edits. We strive to capture all requested moments, but specific shots cannot be strictly guaranteed due to event dynamics and environmental factors.
Client Cooperation: The Client is responsible for ensuring the cooperation of key guests, maintaining event schedules, and securing necessary permissions/permits for specific outdoor or private venues.
Weather & Unforeseen Events: For outdoor sessions, shoots may be rescheduled without penalty in the event of severe weather conditions that impede equipment safety or visual quality.
Delivery Windows: Standard delivery turnarounds vary by service:
Event & Lifestyle Photography: 7 to 10 business days.
Cinematic Videography & Feature Films: 6 to 8 weeks.
Video Editing & Graphic Design Services: 3 to 14 business days (depending on scope).
Custom Album Print Production: 3 to 4 weeks following final layout approval.
Revisions: For video editing and graphic design projects, up to 2 rounds of minor revisions are included. Requests beyond the standard scope or after final sign-off may incur additional labor charges.
Ownership: Unless explicitly transferred in writing, Prince Studio retains original copyright over all photographs, video footage, and creative assets produced during contracted sessions.
Personal Use License: Clients are granted an exclusive, perpetual, personal license to print, display, and share delivered high-resolution files on personal social media platforms and non-commercial channels.
Commercial Use: Commercial or corporate clients are granted explicit commercial usage rights as detailed in their specific service contract for marketing, PR, and corporate publishing. Media may not be resold to third-party stock platforms without written authorization.
Prince Studio takes supreme care regarding equipment maintenance, backup cameras, and data storage. However, in the unlikely event of severe equipment failure, data corruption, illness, or events beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure):
Our liability shall be strictly limited to a refund of monies paid for the unfulfilled portion of the service contract.
Prince Studio shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from delays or incomplete event coverage beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be published directly on this page with an updated effective date.
